That would be me! Yep. The visa process is one confusing bit of shenanigans!! I now have much more respect for people getting work visas, especially in the us of a where I hear we are especially paperwork heavy.
So I'm back again and staying with my mom in Port Townsend for the moment, she has a lot of home improvements that need to be done and with my construction background I figured that this would be a great way to help her out. I have a little trepidation considering leveling her basement floor but we will see how involved it will be. I suppose this is what you get with a good deal on a house. sub-par basement flooring :) I am worried about my motivation, I work off the other people around me and my mom seems to be the same way.. great... so this means that we wont get anything done, crap. oh well it could be worse. at least i'm going to be able to help her out, with whatever I can do.
